Article 26: Enabling access to Higher Education for people seeking asylum

Since August 2013 I have worked as a freelance project officer for Article 26 – a project of the Helena Kennedy Foundation which aims to promote access to Higher Education for those who have fled persecution and have sought asylum in the UK. Some of the work I have recently carried out has involved  writing  for the new Article 26 website, facilitating workshops with Article 26 students on a range of support issues at the annual summer conference and the production of the guide Education for All aimed at prospective and current University partners wishing to better support students at their institution who are seeking asylum.
